Thanks for the link. Those were interesting posts. One of my food offerings comes in a Nero Wolfe mystery and involves chicken livers and white wine. I’ve improvided my own version and I love the dish. What fun.

Enjoy your madeleines! Proust? I think a cold compress is more effective when reading ‘Swann’s Way’. Or maybe a hammer. Or both.
